1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Services.

2. Our Services

We provide junk removal and hauling services, including single-item pickups, furniture and appliance removal, and full property cleanouts. The Site lets you learn about our Services, view ballpark pricing, and request a free, no-obligation estimate. Submitting a request through the Site does not create a binding contract for services; a booking is confirmed once we agree on scheduling and, where applicable, an on-site price.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any prices shown on the Site or provided before we see your items are ballpark estimates intended to help you plan. They are not a final quote. Your firm, all-in price is confirmed free of charge on-site, based on the volume your items occupy in our truck and the nature of the work, before any work begins. We do not charge hidden fees, and we do not require a deposit to book a standard estimate. You are not obligated to proceed until you approve the on-site price.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, including same or next-day service where available. Scheduling windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, job size, and other factors outside our control. We will contact you if we need to adjust your appointment.

5. Payments and Deposits

Unless you choose to prepay online, payment is due upon completion of the work, once you have approved the price. If you prepay for a booking through the Site, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Prepayment reserves your booking; the final price is still confirmed on-site, and any difference is reconciled with you before the work is completed.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us, and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you prepaid and cancel before any work is performed, we will refund your prepayment in accordance with the terms presented at the time of booking.

7. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove certain hazardous or regulated materials, which may include, without limitation, wet paint, solvents, fuels, oils, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, and other hazardous waste. If you are unsure whether we can take a particular item, please ask us before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information about the items and the job; (b) ensure that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed; (c) provide safe and lawful access to the pickup location; and (d) remove any valuables or personal items you wish to keep before we begin. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required from property owners, landlords, or homeowners’ associations. Once we remove items with your approval, removal is final.

9. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us regarding your estimate, booking, and Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, transmit malware, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Junk Rhinos name and marks, are owned by or licensed to American Turf & Insulation Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

12. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with operating and promoting our Services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as mapping, analytics, advertising, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that estimates provided through the Site will match the final on-site price.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Turf & Insulation Group and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Turf & Insulation Group and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site or the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which American Turf & Insulation Group is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state, and you consent to venue there.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Services.
