Office & Commercial Junk Removal

Business junk has a cost that home junk does not: every hour it sits in the way, someone is working around it. Junk Rhinos clears offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial properties with the scheduling discipline businesses actually need. Crews arrive when you booked them, work around your operating hours including evenings and weekends, and leave the space ready for whatever the square footage is supposed to be doing instead.

Facilities we serve

Offices

Desks, chairs, cubicle systems, conference furniture, filing cabinets, and the storage room nobody has opened since the last office manager. Single-suite refreshes through full-floor clearances and relocations.

Retail

Fixtures, shelving, displays, back-room accumulation, and post-renovation debris, cleared between closing and opening where needed.

Warehouses and industrial

Racking, pallets, obsolete stock, broken equipment, and years of "we might need this" in bulk volumes.

Property and facility management

Tenant-left junk, common-area cleanouts, and unit turnovers across one building or a portfolio. For full vacancy and eviction cleanouts, our property cleanout service is the dedicated door.

Commercial jobs we see most

Businesses call for a smaller set of reasons than homeowners do, and most of them involve a lease or a delivery date.

Handing a leased space back empty

A business closes, moves, or goes remote, and the lease says the space is returned empty and broom-swept. Desks, shelving, fixtures and the back room all have to go before the landlord's walk-through. Give us the surrender date and the building's rules, and the space is cleared ahead of it.

New furniture arrives Monday

Fifty old task chairs, a floor of cubicles, a set of conference tables. The installer for the new furniture needs an empty floor, so we clear over the weekend or the evening before. Usable pieces go to local charities where they can absorb the quantity, and the metal is recycled.

Hospitality and fitness refits

A hotel renovation produces mattresses and headboards by the dozen. A gym replaces a row of machines. These are repetitive, heavy, high-volume jobs that suit a crew better than your own staff, and they can be staged floor by floor so rooms return to service as they are finished.

Restaurants, salons and clinics

Kitchen lines, styling stations, wash units, waiting room furniture and exam tables come out during a remodel or a closure. Gas, water and hardwired electrical connections are disconnected by your licensed trades first, then the equipment is ours. Refrigerated units are routed like any other refrigerant-bearing appliance. We do not handle medical waste, sharps or chemicals.

Schools, daycares and churches over the break

Old desks and lockers cleared during summer, worn cots and play equipment replaced at a daycare, a church basement emptied before a community event. We schedule around the calendar, when the building is empty and access is simple.

The storage room and the blocked exit

Trade show booths from three rebrands ago, signage, pallets behind the building, broken racking. Sometimes the trigger is a fire inspection that flagged a blocked exit or corridor. We clear to the standard the inspector gave you, quickly, ahead of the re-inspection.

Nonprofits and community groups

Community centers replacing folding chairs, a library discarding water-damaged shelving, a theater group striking its sets for the last time, a charity shop with donations too damaged to sell. Budgets are tight, so send photos: a firm figure up front lets a board or committee approve one number.

The morning after the event

Neighborhood cleanup days collect more than volunteers can transport. Rummage sales and community garage sales end with unsold leftovers. Festivals and street fairs leave broken tents and signage. Book the pickup for the end of the event and the site is clear the same day.

Office furniture removal

Office furniture is its own discipline: cubicle systems that must be dismantled, desks too big for any elevator, and forty matching chairs no charity can absorb at once. Our crews break down modular systems, handle the freight-elevator logistics, and split the load intelligently: usable furniture is donated where local charities can take it, metal frames and components are recycled, and only the remainder is disposed of. If your goal is emptying a floor by Friday without renting a dumpster or borrowing your own staff, this is the service built for it.

Machines and equipment

Heavy commercial machines follow the same rule as everything else we haul: your licensed trades disconnect them, and then the carrying is ours.

Commercial ice machines

Your plumber or refrigeration tech disconnects the water supply and the drain. Refrigerated units are routed like any other refrigerant-bearing appliance.

Vending machines

Empty it of product and cash, and make sure it is yours to dispose of, since many machines belong to a vending company. After that it goes out like any other heavy unit.

Large print shop machines

Production copiers, large-format printers and finishing equipment. Hardwired machines are disconnected by an electrician first. Copiers often hold data on an internal drive, so have it removed or wiped before pickup. We are not a data destruction service.

Scheduled around your business, not ours

Downtime is the real invoice in commercial work. We schedule pickups after hours, before opening, on weekends, or in the quiet part of your day, and crews work with your building's loading dock, freight elevator, and access rules. Tell us the constraints once and they become part of the job spec. Insurance documentation for building management is available on request.

Where commercial items end up

The sorting rules that apply to our residential work apply at commercial scale: usable furniture and equipment donated to local charities, electronics routed to certified e-waste recyclers, metal recycled, and the rest disposed of properly. If your company reports on waste handling, a recycling and diversion report for your job is available on request; we would rather give you the real answer than a vague one.

For property managers

Tenant turnover is a rhythm, not an event, and it deserves a standing arrangement: a hauler who knows your buildings, your access procedures, and your definition of broom-swept. We take on recurring relationships with property and facility managers across single buildings and portfolios. One conversation to set the standard, then clean turnovers on demand.

How commercial junk removal works

  1. Describe the space and what is leaving; photos or a quick video walk-through work well for large jobs.

  2. We quote the job, and for bigger clearances we walk the site first, free.

  3. The crew arrives in the window you chose, badge rules and dock rules respected.

  4. Load-out, sweep, done

Invoicing and payment on completion, with no deposit.

What does commercial junk removal cost?

Commercial jobs run on the same volume model as everything we do: the truck space your items occupy sets the price, confirmed before work begins. Multi-truck clearances are quoted as one figure at the walk-through, so procurement has a single number to approve. Details of the volume model are on our pricing page.

  • Priced by the truck space your load fills
  • Firm, all-in price confirmed free on-site
  • No deposit, and nothing owed until it is done
  • Labor, hauling and disposal fees all included

Frequently asked questions

What is considered commercial junk removal?

Any junk removal performed for a business or commercial property: office furniture and equipment, retail fixtures, warehouse contents, renovation debris, and tenant-left items, at volumes from one desk to a full floor.

Can you work after business hours?

Yes. Evenings, early mornings, and weekends are standard commercial scheduling for us, precisely so your operation never stops for a junk truck.

Do you handle large office cleanouts and relocations?

Yes, from single suites to full-floor clearances, including cubicle dismantling and coordination with your building's freight access.

What happens to old office furniture?

Usable pieces are donated where charities can accept them, metal components are recycled, and electronics go to certified e-waste recyclers. Landfill is the last resort, not the plan.

Do you offer recurring service for property managers?

Yes, standing arrangements for turnovers and ongoing needs across buildings or portfolios. One setup conversation, then service on demand.

Can you provide insurance documentation for our building?

Yes, documentation is available on request for building and facility management requirements.

Can you clear a space before our lease surrender date?

Yes. Tell us the date and the landlord's condition requirements. Large clearances are quoted as one figure at a free walk-through.

Do you remove restaurant and salon equipment?

Yes, once gas, water and hardwired electrical connections have been disconnected by licensed trades. Grease, chemicals and other hazardous materials are excluded.

Do you work with nonprofits, schools and community events?

Yes. The same volume pricing applies, with a firm figure before work begins, and pickups can be scheduled for the end of an event or during a school break.

Can you provide a recycling or diversion report?

Yes, for commercial jobs, on request. Ask for it when you book.

Do you remove vending machines, ice machines and large printers?

Yes. Water lines and hardwired power are disconnected by your trades first, and vending machines must be emptied. Any copier or printer drive should be removed or wiped before pickup.
